Using ShipSignal
By using ShipSignal, you agree to these terms. If you use ShipSignal for a company or project team, you confirm that you have permission to accept these terms for that organization.
Early access status
ShipSignal is currently an early access product. Features may change, break, pause, or be removed while the product is being built. We may limit signups, invite access, project creation, or availability during this period.
Accounts and GitHub sign-in
You are responsible for your account activity and for keeping access to your GitHub account secure. You may not use another person's account or attempt to bypass invite, rate-limit, or access controls.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you submit. You give ShipSignal permission to host, display, reproduce, and process that content so we can operate the service, show project pages, deliver feedback, and improve product functionality.
Acceptable use
- Do not post illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-invasive content.
- Do not publish secrets, credentials, private customer data, or confidential material you are not authorized to share.
- Do not scrape, spam, probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload ShipSignal systems.
- Do not misrepresent your identity, project, launch status, or relationship with another person or organization.
Feedback and project pages
Feedback may be shown to project owners and, depending on product settings, may appear to invited readers or with attribution choices. You are responsible for making sure feedback and updates you submit are lawful, accurate enough for your purpose, and appropriate to share.
Service changes and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts, projects, updates, or feedback that violate these terms or create risk for ShipSignal, users, or the public. You can stop using ShipSignal at any time and request deletion by contacting us.
Disclaimers and liability
ShipSignal is provided "as is" and "as available" during early access. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
